We fully understand the complexities of both Filipino and Canadian Systems, thus we are committed to effectively locate and recruit the right candidates for you. Here are the steps we will take to help you to recruit, process and deploy the right worker:
We will work with you to identify your staffing needs, such as the skills, certifications and experience you require, and a timeline for your new employees to start working for you. We will closely coordinate and design, and recommend a plan that will cater to your specific needs.
EGN will provide you with information about each candidate. To insure you that you have the right employee, EGN will assist you in screening the candidates. We have already established a large database of skilled Filipino workers who wish to work in Canada. Within a few days, we can find you a candidate that will meet your requirements. In addition to the resume and credentials, we will provide you with supplemental candidate information that can include personal interviews with the workers' past employers and certifications.
They will meet qualification and certification standards.
Generally, a "foreign worker quota" which is officially called the Labor Market Opinion, must be obtained from the federal government before a Canadian employer can hire a foreign worker. Service Canada requires the employer to apply for validation of a foreign worker position. This can be a complicated process, but we have the knowledge and the experience to successfully assist you through it. |

The skilled-labour shortage is becoming a concern in Canada and it is spreading fast in many industries and areas as well. It is of utmost importance to plan ahead of time and begin the process of overseas recruitment, as there are currently insufficient Canadian skilled workers to meet the demand.
